I love the fact that The Stratford grounds are well kept, clean, safe and welcoming. In my previous apartment living experiences, it was not uncommon to have the police on-site frequently! I have not seen any police activity or heard any negative noises from other tenants.
The staff is friendly, always willing to help and quick to respond to requests for maintenance.
I would (and have) recommend The Stratford!
