Move-In Information


CREDIT SCREENING:

  • $43.00 for all applicants 18 and older
  • $21.50 for each co-signer

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:

$200 to reserve/hold unit - 10 days maximum. Will be credited to your account upon move-in. Otherwise forfeited.


RENTERS INSURANCE:

Proof of insurance required upon move-in. $100,000 minimum liability coverage. Approximate cost $10 - $12 per month.


SECURITY DEPOSIT(S):

Must select one of the following:

  • Refundable Deposit (conditionally refundable) - $500 to a full month's rent.
  • Non-refundable Surety Bond - $87.50/$175 - provides $500/$1000 Bond coverage upon move-out.

UTILITIES:

  • Water/Sewer is included in the rent
  • Garbage is included in the rent

PET POLICY/DEPOSITS:

  • Pets are allowed. Two maximum. Proof of Spay/Neutering/Vaccines required.
  • Pet Deposit - Refundable Security Deposit of $500/$750 for 2 or a Non-refundable Surety Bond $87.50/$131.25 for 2.
  • Pet Rent:
    • 1 dog $20 / 2 dogs $30
    • 1 cat $10 / 2 cats $15
    • 1 dog / 1 cat $30

OTHER AMENITIES:

  • Carports - $15.00 per month
  • Garage - $60 per month

SMOKING POLICY:

No smoking is allowed inside any unit or on the patios/balconies. Smoking is not allowed in any common area. Any smoking on the property must be more than 10 feet from any building.
