About Quantum
Head-quartered in Vancouver, Washington, Quantum is a third party property management firm that specializes in large multifamily properties (50 units or more). Our firm has been in continuous operation since 1969 and currently manages nearly 5,500 units in Washington and Oregon.
Our corporate staff consists of 17 experienced employees (average tenure - 10.4 years), delivering our core services of management, accounting, training, computer support, marketing and employee payroll/benefit administration.
In addition, Quantum offers ancillary support services through two related entities - REACS which provides resident credit/background screening and GREENWAY SERVICES which provides resident billings for utility usage.
Thus, Quantum is a full service management organization that specializes only in multi-family properties. This allows us to focus on what we do best.
