About Quantum
Head-quartered in Vancouver, Washington, Quantum is a third party property management firm that specializes in large multifamily properties (50 units or more). Our firm has been in continuous operation since 1969 and currently manages nearly 5,500 units at 48 propertiies in Washington and Oregon.
Our corporate staff consists of 17 dedicated employees (see profiles next page), who provide our core services of management, accounting, training, computer support, marketing and payroll/benefit administration..
In addition, Quantum offers ancillary services through two related entities - RESIDENT EVALUATION AND CREDIT SERVICES (REACS) for resident credit/background screening and GREENWAY SERVICES (GWS) for resident utility billings.
